The Royal Society’s Big Draw


Set October 22 2016 (11.00 – 17.00) aside for the popular Big Draw at The Royal Society, London, 6-9 Carlton House Terrace, London, SW1Y 5AG. Attendance is FREE and NO pre-booking is required. Art supplies will be provided though feel free to bring your own.

Kids and their adults are invited to help assemble a giant cell, splice together a new species of dinosaur or swap paints for bacteria to create pieces of living artwork.

In addition, there will be workshops exploring the concepts of mutation and talks from both artists and scientists on how their disciplines collide.

You can also take the opportunity to draw inspiration from the Royal Society’s portraits, displays and exhibitions.
