Dream Big: Engineering Our World

The Dream Big 3D film, currently on at the science museum (London), was very good. It was a 40-minute gender-targeting (clearly trying to get young females interested in STEM) documentary, but it did speak to all, regardless of gender or age. It certainly made me want to dust off abandoned Physics texts but I quickly overcame the urge. For the link to the vast educational resources accompanying the film, go HERE.

When the film was booked for a group of home ed families, the museum suggested a visit to the ‘Engineer Your Future’ gallery as a good inspirational place to round off the day. It wasn’t great though it did photograph well.
