What will be covered:
Design, history, art and fashion are covered in this creative workshop. Inspired by some of the finest armour in the world students will:

  • Research and explore to gain an understanding of armour’s function and history through observational drawings, discussion and object handling
  • Evaluate past and present design and technology with particular reference to the metals from which it is made
  • Use neoprene to identify and solve design problems and to construct a contemporary version of historic Armour
