Veterinary Event at the RI

The Royal Institution (21 Albemarle Street, Mayfair, London W1S 4BS) has a veterinary-themed event for teens coming up. The following extract from an email elaborates:

The Royal Institution has an event coming up that I thought might be of interest to members and followers of HE Hub. I was wondering if you would be able to share it on your website?

The event is entitled Animal CSI and follows on from last year’s hugely successful event of the same name. We will be live-streaming a dissection demonstration from the Royal Veterinary College and will also have a wide range of activities and demonstrations around the building that will give attendees a glimpse into the world of veterinary pathology. Below is a quick blurb about the event if you would like to share it.

Animal CSI at the Royal Institution
Wednesday 20 March, 6.00pm – 9.30pm
Animal CSI is back and this time, it’s a predator. Dive into the world of veterinary science and get a glimpse behind the scenes, including hands-on veterinary pathology activities and a live-streamed dissection demonstration from the Royal Veterinary College’s Anatomy Lecture Theatre. This event is recommended for ages 16+.

We think this event would be great for young people interested in going into a job in veterinary science. If you have any suggestions on organisations that might be appropriate for us to contact to try and reach these people, it would be very much appreciated.
