I am a freelance project manager working for Surrey Arts. We are going to be piloting the use of audio and video technology to teach groups of students instruments, and also to live stream professional musicians delivering masterclasses. The aim of the project is to explore how students can access specialist music tuition without having to attend a formal setting (school or music centre).
